Quant a "Découvrir le quotidien de ceux et celles qui protègent notre pays" j'ai des doutes sur la définition de "protéger" et de "pays". Etant donné que notre pays n'est pas menacé de l'extérieur. Et que même s'il l'était, la formation dispensée par l'armée ne servirait a rien dans une guerre du 21 siècle. Et que la "menace intérieure" dépend de ou tu place le mot "pays". (si je voulais être pédant je dirais aussi que ce n'est pas le rôle de l'armée de protéger d'une menace intérieure).

Sometimes these words/concepts don’t overlap easily. If you have to stick to one language (as a policy), everybody have actually to translate. Sometimes painfully and always inefficently : because you’d been translating a word/concept that everybody in the team would understand untranslated.

I think the issue here are the scripts supported by the language and the platform. There is no need to make a LSL (that’s Language Specific Language), you *write* whatever *words* everybody in the team understands. Like you’ve always been doing.

Malgré cela, le client te dit : “on n’a aucun problème avec l’ancien logiciel”. Quand tu prend la peine de faire un audit, tu découvre qu’il y a des problèmes tous les jours (tous les jours!). Seulement toute l’entreprise s’est adaptée au logiciel et des procédures pour pallier à toutes les défaillances ont été mises en place et maitrisées. Ce qui correspond bien à une des définitions de “aucun problème”, mais met tout nouveau logiciel en défaut par rapport à l’ancien.

Par contre je ne suis pas d’accord pour la clé-à-mollette Voyez vous, PHP n’est pas un language de programmation (généraliste) à la base. C’est un framework pour applications web. Disons que PHP c’est RoR sans ruby. En fait pour être précis à sa création c’était un “templating engine” (d’ailleurs les smarty et autres m’ont toujours fait rire). Ensuite il à évolué pour devenir plus généraliste, c’est à dire un framework web.

Je pense que PHP est comparable RoR. Mais peut être pas comparable à ruby.

Et la requète qui durait 700ms calculait l’état du stock et l’affichait pour tous les articles affichés dans le menu. C’est pour cela que cela durait aussi longtemps et que nous avons reconcu l’interface.

Généralement MyIsam est beaucoup plus rapide que InnoDB, en fait notre base de production est hétérogène : les tables qui sont utilisée d’une manière transactionelle sont Innodb, les autres sont MyIsam.

P.S. Et tu a raison même comme ça 700ms c’est beaucoup en fait c’est 300ms je viens de relire l’article

L’une des erreurs que nous avons faite à la première conception c’est justement de faire une interface utilisateur trop sophistiquée (”intelligente”). En fait les utilisateurs sont habitués saisir : “effer” puis 4 fois FLECHE BAS pour trouver “EFFERALGAN CODEINE”. Et ils font ça en 700ms (!!!). En fait ce dont ils ont besoin c’est un CLI web – interface dos comme ils disent – ce que nous avons fait et c’était une réussite totale. Ils utilisent l’interface avec beaucoup de satisfaction depuis 6 mois.

Je suis ravi de partager les expériences avec toi. Je suis ton blog. Blog un peux plus sur ton boulot
